By attending OzHadou events, you agree to the following terms. These are set in place to ensure our events are an enjoyable experience for all attendees. Failure to comply will result in being ejected from the event and potentially a ban from OzHadou events.

Please note that this document may be updated without prior notice. It is your responsibility to make sure you are up to date with all information provided here. All updates will be listed, described and dated in the Revision History at the bottom of the page.

Code of Conduct

Attendees of all OzHadou events are expected to treat everyone with respect. Discrimination towards any individual or group and any behaviour deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated. Examples of such behaviour may include, but are not limited to, harassment, bullying, invasion of personal space, physical violence and offensive or derogatory remarks. Put simply, treat others how you would like to be treated yourself.

Conduct outside of OzHadou events

Behaviour in spaces outside of OzHadou events is also factored into whether an individual is able to attend OzHadou events. This includes online spaces; any behaviour that is not acceptable in-person is also not acceptable online. If you witness such behaviour, please report it to the team as described in the next section.

Reporting incidents

All attendees have the right to feel comfortable at our events. If at any point in time you feel uncomfortable during an event, do not hesitate to speak to a tournament organiser so we can remedy the issue.

If you are uncomfortable reporting in-person, you can contact the team via email at ozhadou@gmail.com. An anonymous feedback form is also available if you would prefer to stay anonymous. This form is linked in the description of all OzHadou startgg events.

Incidents will be reviewed by the OzHadou team. External and/or affiliated tournament organisers may be looped in for guidance. Any verified offending individuals will be issued a ban, ranging from a temporary to permanent ban depending on severity. For a temporary ban to be lifted after the ban period has ended, an appeal must be submitted and approved.
