War Games is a more casual event aimed to pit new players against each other in order to better learn the game with some coaching from more experienced teammates. VF TO MadeMan explains how it will work in conjunction with the singles event:

If you’re interested in trying VF, please note the first tournament in the series is going to be FREE. No entry fee, but a prize will be put up for first place. Take this opportunity to have some fun and play with fellow new players. We’ll also be running the War Games elimination team battle like last YSB. You’ll be matched up against someone of similar skill and slowly move up to better players should you win! In case you missed the action last time, check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qM8rMVAPOFk
