If you think the hype train is stopping at EVO you are sorely mistaken, as YSB kicks on again in late July. All your fighting game favourites will be returning to 99 on York for another month of tournaments and casuals. The Virtua Fighter community are once again offering the chance for new players to sit down with seasoned veterans before the tournament starts at 6:30 to talk basics through to advanced techniques, so if you’ve been looking to pick the brains of a more experienced player and learn the ropes now is the perfect time. Like last month, you can save yourself a bit of cash by registering for the event ahead of time, so pre-register for July’s YSB here.
YSB 44 is also an OzHadou Nationals 14 qualifying event! Placing well at this YSB will give you seeding at the nationals in August, so make sure you don’t miss it .If you haven’t already, make sure you register for OHN to save yourself a bit of cash during the early bird period. There’ll also be the ability for you to sign up to OHN on the day.
