Rules Updated for SF4, HDR and SC4

In the original rules for » Street Fighter IV, » Super Street Fighter II Turbo: HD Remix and » Soul Calibur 4, it was announced that both Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles would both be used when running the tournaments.
