OzHadou Nationals 8 - Sydney
The OzHadou Nationals are Australia's largest fighting game tournament, held annually in Sydney. Organised by the OzHadou team and the Australian fighting game community, in association with the » Electronic Gamers Guild (EGG) at UTS, OHN provides a professional fighting game tournament environment, combined with an excellent atmosphere for casual play.

Saturday 18th - Sunday 19th of July, 2009 at the
Glasshouse, University of Technology, Sydney.

Tournaments
OHN is the largest gathering of fighting game competitors in Australia. This is where the best do battle for the title of Australian champion in a range of fighting games, both classic and new. Past champions have hailed from all over the country, including Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
All tournament results are published on » OzHadou, allowing players to track their standings and acknowledge the winners.
One of the goals of OHN is to reward the top players for their achievements. Cash and other prizes are always up for grabs in the official tournaments.
Tournaments are held on a variety of platforms, including arcade cabinets and video game consoles. For all console tournaments, players are strongly encouraged to BYO controller.

Casual Play
OHN is an excellent way for gamers to meet and play with fellow fighting game enthusiasts from around the country. It's also a great opportunity to meet the Australians you've encountered online.
Casual play is an integral part of the OHN experience, and there will be opportunities for casual play throughout the entire OHN weekend. Players can challenge people of any skill level, from novices to pros, covering a wide range of games that always extends beyond the official tournament roster.
